The IRCP started when about 50 delegates from Australia, Canada, Scotland and the United States came together and in Nova Scotia to share ideas on integrating rural EMS providers into rural health care delivery systems. Now, the IRCP is on its 6th Convention which was held at Vail, Colorado.
